    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This is an entry-level position that supports production by sweeping, cleaning and operating various pieces of equipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>- Clean-up left-over product around tanks and other equipment.- Operate forklift to support production on a daily basis.- Stack bags of product in a concise and consistent manner.- Cross-train with other departments to provide consistency throughout the Company.- Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary. - Available for overtime work on a scheduled or call-in basis, as necessary.- Other duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>A high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p>Forklift experience; certification preferred.</p>\n<p>Basic operating knowledge of augers, belt-driven machinery, elevators, and other equipment used in the production process</p>\n<h2>Skills</h2>\n<p>Ability to pay attention to detail among constant distractions.</p>\n<p>Ability to communicate concerns/problems to manager/supervisor on a professional level.</p>\n<h2>Physical Requirments</h2>\n<p>- Continuously lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 50-pounds; regularly lift/move/push/pull objects weighing up to and including 75-pounds.- Continuously shovel material.- Frequently climbs ladders; occasionally works at heights of 100 feet.- Frequently stoop/crouch/bend/climb/push/pull objects to complete the essential functions of this position.- Vision sufficient to safely perform the essential job tasks.</p>\n<h2>Environment</h2>\n<p>- Continuously exposed to outdoor/uncontrolled weather conditions.- Regularly exposed to work near moving parts/equipment.- Regularly exposed to major amounts of dust.- Regularly exposed to moderate to severe noise levels.- Occasionally exposed to chemicals used in the manufacturing process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Note:</em></strong><em> Valid Driver’s License required for insurance purposes. </em><em>Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of this position at any time.</em></p>\n<p><em>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
