All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Miccosukee Casino and Resort, Internal Control Standards and Tribal Gaming Agency policies, practices, and procedures.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Calling patrons according to waiting list when seats become available&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Open and maintain games</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Promote positive customer relations at all times. Escorting customers to tables</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Assist in keeping the Poker Room neat and clean, thereby eliminating safety hazards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Obtain food, beverage and porter services for patrons when needed&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide buy-ins to players. Makes cash and chip exchanges for patrons and dealers when needed</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Calculates totals for customers chips and pays out cash for chips collected</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ensures that cash drawer is balanced at all times and makes exchanges with the vault when necessary&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Provide fills for dealers when needed</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for starting games, tracking team member hours and rotations, making table decisions and running promotions</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for bank fills and chips purchasing&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Adhere to the Miccosukee Service Expectations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain confidentiality of pertinent casino data</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Must be knowledgeable with all Title 31 rules and regulations</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations in relation to Title 31</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Record all Title 31 cash in/out transactions at the established threshold and knowledgeable in recording transactions in the compliance system</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Maintain clear and open communication with guests, managers and team members</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">This job description is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties and requirements, efforts or working conditions association with this position. &nbsp;While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current tasks performed, management reserves the right to revise or require other commitments when circumstances prevail.
