          "text": "<p>The Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, assigning and reviewing maintenance work; perform a variety of responsible duties related to the supervision of maintenance activities; as well as train, supervise and evaluate the work of employees.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#xa0;</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement new equipment technologies for manufacturing and quality improvements including equipment upgrades, process technologies, tooling, and manufacturing techniques. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Supervise and plan the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and process within the facility. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinate product and process design and changes.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Confer with management, production, and marketing/sales staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Analyze technology, resources, needs, and market and customer demands, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules, and assisting in decisions about the purchase of materials or services. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings internally and externally.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Participate in purchasing maintenance materials and outside technical services in accordance with established company protocol and procedures. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist in the establishment and implementation of systematic preventative maintenance program with the Maintenance and Reliability Manager. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p> Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns. Provide corrective actions to improve reliability and performance. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Supervise PM and PD (preventive and predictive maintenance) plans with the use of automated software packages. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor parts requests to ensure adequate inventory and cost efficiencies are being met according to departmental budget.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead CI (continuous improvement) tasks reporting back to management with status updates. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure equipment and processes are running optimally at all times. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide technical support to our production team and perform other tasks as needed. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Facilitate selection of appropriate resources (contractors, suppliers, etc.) to minimize costs and assure on time and on budget completion.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure, enforce, and adhere to all legislative requirements.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Constantly enhance the motivation and team-spirit of all operation staff. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Minimize the risk of accidents and pollution.</p></li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Skills&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical, mechanical and robotics system. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Able to read wiring diagrams, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and ladder/function block logic. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff Twin Cat) and electric circuitry consisting of contractors, relays, main voltage/control voltage, limit switches and proximity sensors &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work cross-functionally with effective interpersonal and communication skills. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.  &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Traits</strong></u>&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Detailed oriented individual capable of time and project management. &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills &#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><u><strong>Education and/or Experience&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.  &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>2 to 3 years’ experience in supervisory position.    &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in working with ABB robots, preferred.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in highly automated environments, preferred.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Some fabrication experience preferred&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently and participate in team lifts of approximately 60 pounds as required for essential production tasks.</li><li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move throughout the production floor for extended periods (for the duration of the shift up to 8+ hours per shift).</li><li>Must be able to operate, position, adjust, or move equipment, tools, or materials necessary for production processes.</li><li>Capable of performing consistent, manual production tasks over long shifts.</li><li>Must be able to work in typical manufacturing environmental conditions, including areas requiring PPE, exposure to noise, and temperature variation.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li></ul>",
