This role serves as a key link between crew members and management.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in daily operations</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards</span></li>\n<li><span>Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive company vehicles and perform daily inspections</span></li>\n<li><span>Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure efficient job completion</span></li>\n<li><span>Accurately track and submit crew timesheets for weekly payroll</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate effectively with team members and management</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Valid </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Driver’s License</span></span><span> and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience in </span>landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture</li>\n<li><span>Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong work ethic and leadership skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients</span></li>\n<li><span>Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods</span></li>\n<li><span>Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and physical activity</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to lift and carry </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>50+ lbs</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Premier Services</span></span></p>\n<p><span>From landscape design to full-service property maintenance, Premier Services is known for quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
