Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game!</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong on-court tennis skills required</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate and teach tennis to all ages and levels.</li>\n <li>Utilize USTA Player Development Philosophy on court and off court</li>\n <li>Able to organize and manage R.O.G.Y. tennis formats for teaching tennis to juniors.</li>\n <li>Certification by USPTA and/or PTR organizations is required.</li>\n <li>Position is considered non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Position is part time; max. 28 hours per week</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $25-45 per hour</p>\n<p>Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Come one, come all</strong></p>\n<p>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; all unique backgrounds and experiences welcome!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origion, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender idenitity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. </em></p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>To teach tennis at the National Tennis Center, including all ages and levels of ability.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate playing techniques at the very highest levels of play</li>\n <li>Conduct playing and drilling lessons for all levels of competitive play</li>\n <li>Teach, train, and facilitate play with individuals and teams at all levels of ability</li>\n <li>Provide private instruction and clinics for players as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist with the organization and management of USTA events/tournaments (singles and doubles) as needed</li>\n <li>Implement and utilize player development systems of the Net Generation format when appropriate</li>\n <li>Promotion of the USTA via the dissemination of hospitality, friendliness and goodwill among members and guests. </li>\n <li>US Open duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
