    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary of Position</strong></p><p>The E-commerce Lister creates listings for products sold online to meet department standards and daily production and revenue goals.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect each item to determine key details and flaws.</li><li>Photographs each item to visibly communicate all details about each item to potential bidders/customers.</li><li>Writes clear and concise item listings that communicates all critical details about an item to potential bidders/customers.</li><li>Researching products prior to listing as needed.</li><li>Accurately uses grammar, spelling and punctuation in item listings.</li><li>Assigns each product to relevant inventory location.</li><li>Meets department production goals for listing items.</li><li>Develops personal product base of knowledge to reduce need for detailed research.</li><li>Performs research as needed to provide accurate and robust product descriptions.</li><li>Adhere to the established standard of quality for item descriptions and item photographs.</li><li>Responds promptly to customer service requests as needed.</li><li>Cross-trains as necessary in other functions of store operations and assists as needed in other areas of the store.</li><li>Works schedule set by supervisor in support of department, including work on weekends and holidays as needed.</li><li>Provides exceptional customer service to all our donors and customers.</li><li>Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.</li><li>Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment, including production area.</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance adhering to established dress code.</li><li>Complies with all GCT policies, including, but not limited to, reporting theft or misuse of company property or other illegal activities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong></p><p>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.</li><li>Must be able to multi-task to meet daily production quotas.</li><li>Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.</li><li>Must be able to read, write, understand and follow directions in English.</li><li>Ability to develop personal product knowledge base.</li><li>Prior eCommerce or online selling experience preferred.</li><li>Previous thrift industry experience preferred.</li><li>Prior experience with online research for identifying collectibles preferred.</li><li>Prior digital photography experience preferred.</li><li>Highly skilled with Windows PC and operating system.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.</li><li>Must be able to stand, bend and twist for eight hours.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to airborne particles.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
