This position supports Event and Non-Event travel by completing routine bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting travelers with itinerary-related needs while following defined processes and escalating exceptions as necessary. The Travel Coordinator is responsible for executing routine North American and corporate travel arrangements for events, meetings, conferences, and business travel. This role supports the Travel team by booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation; performing transactional expense and coding tasks; and serving as a point of contact for travelers regarding itinerary details and required corrections. The role operates under established procedures and direction from the Director of Travel.
