Holds direct reports accountable for their respective duties. Communicates and documents any HR related issues (performance, tardiness, etc.).</li><li>Schedules, coordinates and oversees daily schedules of drivers on inventory pickups/drop-offs.</li><li>Schedules, coordinates and oversees daily schedules of detailers and ensures all vehicles meet company standards.</li><li>Coordinates with all dealership personnel to coordinate prepping inventory for sale including photographer and sales staff.</li><li>Holds weekly huddles with direct reports and participates in management meetings.</li><li>Reviews and approves payroll time sheets for direct reports on weekly basis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em><u><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></u></em></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Oversees inventory management and inspects all incoming cars to determine next steps and updates Carketa CRM. Communicates and delegates next steps to appropriate party (third party vendors, operations and logistics coordinator, detailers, drivers, etc.)</li><li>Determine repair needs and parts for cars currently in inventory, as needed. Coordinate with operations and logistics coordinator to facilitate ordering parts and with the CEO to facilitate repair process in timely and efficient manner.</li><li>Oversees reconditioning process/software (Carketa) and ensures all vehicles are assigned a plan and subsequently progress through reconditioning process to prep for sale in timely and efficient manner. Ensures recon software is kept up to date and accurate as inventory moves through process. Responsible for daily maintenance of the program and ensuring its up to date.</li><li>Communicates with CEO on open items and tasks related to prepping inventory for sale. Provides management with reports of status of completed tasks and ongoing tasks on a weekly basis.</li><li>Creates and maintains SOP for operations department; including but not limited to: inventory management, transportation logistics, and reconditioning process.</li><li>Creates daily plan for following day and sends to CEO for review and approval.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Benefits:</strong></u> Paid Time Off</p>",
