    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead, under direct supervision of Services Management Division Chief, oversees the management of a team of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers who implement, manage, and administer all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within the AWS/Azure cloud environments for the U.S. Army Product Lead Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS).</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Reviews all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates prepared for customer projects.</p>\n<p>· Serves as the principal point of representation and liaison with C2E customers on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, related scientific or technical discipline.</p>\n<p>· Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.</p>\n<p>· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to relate to customers in a professional manner.</p>\n<p>· Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.</p>\n<p>· Have an active DoD Secret security clearance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projects.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Integral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
