      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n<li>5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a technology environment, including direct experience leading or supervising a coordination team</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to use data — scheduling metrics, capacity models, experience surveys — to inform process decisions, not just report on them</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scoping through execution alongside day-to-day operational delivery</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership in a fast-paced environment</li>\n"
