This role involves approximately 75% travel throughout the Texas market.<br><br><b>**Position Requirements:**</b><br>*Required*<br>- Experience as a service technician and/or mechanic.<br>- Understanding of water pumps, or electrical or mechanical equipment.<br>- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.<br>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>- Ability to maintain positive relationships with both employees and customers.<br>- Ability to drive a commercial vehicle daily to job sites.<br><br>*Preferred*<br>- Five (5) years of experience in pump field service and/or pump service rig work.<br>- Certified Pump Installer by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.<br>- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.<br>- Class A Commercial Driver's License.<br><br>**Duties and Responsibilities:**<br>- Pump troubleshooting and diagnostics.<br>- Teardown, inspection, reporting, and repair of pumps in the shop.<br>- Maintenance and repair of tools and equipment.<br>- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.<br><br>**Physical Demands:**<br>The Field Service Tech is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for most of the workday.
