    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d; font-size: var(--font-size-medium,15px);\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">💼 The Scoop on the Role:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>As an integral member of Grouper’s Platform Operations Team, this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deploy, maintain, and monitor our live services. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Operating within our Service Delivery Team, you will concentrate on the design, deployment, and operation of our development, pre-production, and production of GRC and HRIS services, as well as their underlying platform. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Your responsibilities will encompass implementing and managing the tools and technologies vital to our mission-critical core operations processes, including data ingestion, validation, scheduling, risk assessment, analytics, and modeling.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role's areas of focus:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Service Delivery Team Collaboration:</span> Working closely with development teams, engineering teams, and product owners to foster seamless collaboration within the Service Delivery Team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Solution Compliance Assurance:</span> Ensuring that the solution meets all requirements for availability, security, monitoring, alerting, and scaling to maintain optimal performance and reliability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Change Execution and Collaboration:</span> Collaborating with SREs, release engineers, platform architects, and security architects to execute changes in coordination with various stakeholders.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Standard Procedure Execution:</span> Implementing standard operating procedures and runbooks during scheduled and unscheduled service maintenance windows for smooth operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Performance Reporting:</span> Providing detailed reports on key platform availability and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ticket Management and Customer Response:</span> Addressing customer requests and managing change and incident tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d0d0d;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold;\">📈What We're Looking For: </span><span>Site Reliability Star!
