We are currently hiring Electrical Engineers at multiple experience levels ranging from early-career engineers to highly experienced senior engineers. What You’ll Do Electrical Design & Engineering Design and support industrial electrical and control systems for cranes and hoists Create and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and bills of material Apply electrical engineering principles to power distribution, motor control, and industrial automation systems Support PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control applications where applicable Problem Solving & Technical Support Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during design, manufacturing, testing, and field support Support manufacturing and field service teams with technical guidance and engineering solutions Participate in design reviews and engineering problem solving Codes, Standards & Documentation Support compliance with applicable codes and standards such as NFPA, NEC, UL 508A, and ASME Create and review engineering documentation and technical reports Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives Continuous Improvement & Technical Development Continue developing technical knowledge and engineering capability Contribute ideas for process, design, or workflow improvements Support engineering best practices and standards development What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program required Master’s degree is a plus but not required Experience Entry-level through 10+ years of industrial electrical engineering experience considered Experience with industrial controls, power systems, or heavy industrial equipment preferred but not required for entry-level candidates Technical Skills Understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, industrial controls, and power systems Familiarity with electrical schematics and industrial electrical design principles Exposure to NFPA, NEC, UL 508A, ASME, or related codes preferred Experience with Microsoft Office and engineering documentation tools PLC, VFD, automation, or troubleshooting experience is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong ownership mindset and accountability Willingness to learn and develop technically Strong communication and collaboration skills Practical problem-solving ability Alignment with ACECO values: Work Hard, Have Fun, and Do the Right Thing Licensure EIT/EI preferred for early-career engineers PE license valued for senior-level candidates REQUIREMENTS Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship Ability to verify identity and employment authorization (Form I-9) Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (including 10 C.F.R.
