      "text": "A Day in Your Life as an Equitas Teacher:",
      "content": "<li>Lead rigorous instruction in math, utilizing the <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"postings-link\" href=\"https://illustrativemathematics.org/\">Illustrative Mathematics</a> curriculum.</li><li>Deliver instructional materials that you have prepared based on our rigorous and aligned curriculum.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with families regarding the behavior and academic progress of their student.</li><li>Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations for students.</li><li>Demonstrate a warm demander style with scholars in the classroom and school community.</li><li>Approach class community building and repair with culturally responsive and restorative practices.  </li><li>Start your day by 7:30am (middle school teachers) or 8:10am (high school teachers) with a school team huddle and end at 3:30pm (middle school teachers) or 4:10pm (high school teachers) after scholar dismissal.</li><li>Daily prep time and a duty-free lunch period.</li><li>Weekly collaborative grade level team meeting.</li><li>Regular 03 (one-on-one meeting and feedback session) with your coach or supervisor.</li><li>Supervise and facilitate portions of Community Meeting (our school assembly) weekly on Friday.</li><li>Attend IEP, SST, and 504 meetings as scheduled.</li><li>Active participation in weekly professional development aimed at refining both school culture and academics.</li><li>Perform other duties to support our students and school community.</li>"
