We are committed to embracing the distinctive identities, encounters, abilities and viewpoints of our workforce, to ensure we reflect the communities we serve.&nbsp;</em><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Description &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Sigora Solar is seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our growing team.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Primary Responsibilities:</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential solar and commercial solar systems that are roof mounted or ground mounted.</li><li>Troubleshooting electrical and control equipment faults.</li><li>Removal/Replacement/Installation of hardware, PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment and any other component. &nbsp;</li><li>Prepare reports, mostly through automated tools, if needed to comply with deliverables in O&amp;M contracts.</li><li>Help in all areas of preventative and corrective maintenance as directed by manager with minimal supervision.</li><li>Document completion of work and cleanup of job site.</li><li>Attend training sessions on equipment as provided by the manufacturer and approved by manager.</li><li>Use of equipment and resources in accordance with instructions provided by the company. &nbsp;</li><li>Adherence to Company policies, quality, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices. &nbsp;</li><li>Weekend on call duties for emergency response to significant faults. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety. &nbsp;</li><li>Additional duties required as needed</li><li>Must have and maintain a clean driving record.</li><li>Must have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Must not have a fear of heights</li><li>Work well alone and in groups</li><li>Be punctual</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.</li><li>3+ Years of Solar and/or Electrical experience is a must.</li><li>Powerwall experience is preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have and maintain a clean driving record.</li><li>Must have the ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Must feel comfortable with working in roofs of varying heights</li><li>Work well alone and in groups</li><li>Be punctual</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>15 days of paid time off per year</li><li>5 paid sick days per year</li><li>8 paid holidays per year</li><li>Healthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance options that fit you and your family&nbsp;</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care FSA</li><li>Voluntary STD</li><li>At cost solar for your home</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
