    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Objective of the Position:</strong> Ensures that Operations meets or exceeds efficiency and corporate quality standards by participating in and directing activities of team members in assigned departments. &nbsp;<strong><u>This is a 3rd shift role.</u></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Accountabilities:</strong> The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Completes all documentation and reporting associated with the position in a timely and accurate manner. &nbsp;</li><li>Directs department in a manner that promotes high morale, teamwork, productivity and quality.</li><li>Ensure properly administered cross-training and orientation programs for production associates.</li><li>Ensures that job performance problems and conflicts are resolved quickly and fairly in accordance with EETAM policies with assistance from the Human Resource Department.</li><li>Identifies and records any problems related to progress of work, downtime and quality.</li><li>Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards through efficient use of all resources and support available.</li><li>Recommends and implements solutions to issues and drives continuous improvement activities in support of goals and objectives set by Manager.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate all activities of employees assigned to department.</li><li>Manages timecards, attendance and schedules daily in time and attendance tracking system.</li></ul><p><strong>Secondary Accountabilities:</strong> The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Eberspaecher within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements.</li><li>Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Eberspaecher Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements.</li><li>Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all EETAM polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001; looks for way to improve and promote quality.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirement Profile:</strong></p><p><strong>Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree (B. A.) in Business, Management or closely related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum three years&rsquo; experience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Minimum three years&rsquo; experience working for a manufacturing supplier preferably automotive in an operational role.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations, including calculations, percentages, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and write simple correspondence.</li><li>Analytical- Synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures<strong>.</strong></li><li>Business Acumen- Understands business implications of decisions.</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability.</li><li>Knowledge of engineering fundaments, mechanical systems, automotive systems, and exhaust systems.</li><li>Knowledge of federal and state regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Project Management- Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
