    "description": "<p>We are looking for an experienced Front-End Development Team Lead to lead our front-end engineering team and help shape the future of our web and mobile applications.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is not only strong technically, but also confident in making technology decisions, setting development standards, mentoring developers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate should have strong experience with React and React Native, and at least 5 years of experience leading front-end development teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and mentor the front-end development team across web and mobile projects.</li>\n<li>Make key front-end technology decisions, including architecture, frameworks, tooling, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Establish, maintain, and enforce front-end development standards across the team.</li>\n<li>Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, testing practices, and technical guidance.</li>\n<li>Work closely with product managers, designers, back-end developers, QA, and other stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Guide the team in building scalable, reusable, and maintainable components.</li>\n<li>Oversee development of applications using React and React Native.</li>\n<li>Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.</li>\n<li>Help plan front-end roadmaps, development estimates, and delivery timelines.</li>\n<li>Support team members through coaching, feedback, and career development.</li>\n<li>Stay current with front-end technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a front-end team lead, technical lead, or similar leadership role.</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with React.</li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with React Native.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of modern JavaScript and TypeScript.</li>\n<li>Experience defining front-end architecture and technical standards.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based development, and mobile-first development.</li>\n<li>Experience with state management, API integration, performance optimization, and front-end testing.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to review code, mentor developers, and raise engineering quality.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ability to make practical technology decisions and guide a team through implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with payment, fintech, or merchant-facing platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience building both customer-facing and internal business applications.</li>\n<li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment processes.</li>\n<li>Experience with design systems and shared component libraries.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with back-end APIs, cloud platforms, and microservice environments.</li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who can bring structure, leadership, and technical direction to the front-end team.
