    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Dewberry is currently seeking a <strong>Right of Way Mapping Technician</strong> to join our Surveying and Mapping department in the <strong>Central Florida.</strong> The candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey department, assisting in the performance of Right of Way Control Surveys, Right-of Way Maps, Sketches of Description and Boundary and Specific Purpose surveys. Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Assist the Mapping manager with all aspects of CAD and map preparation.</p>\n<p>· Review field notes for information necessary to prepare maps.</p>\n<p>· Prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record (CCR) forms.</p>\n<p>· Perform deed, plat & document research, title & easement review.</p>\n<p>· Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations.</p>\n<p>· Prepare Control Survey, Right of Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary survey deliverables.</p>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<p>· Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred.</p>\n<p>· Must have a High School Diploma (Minimum).</p>\n<p>· Must have strong mathematical skills.</p>\n<p>· Must be able to communication effectively.</p>\n<p>· Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.</p>\n<p>· Must pass drug and alcohol test.</p>\n<p>· Must be dependable.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join Dewberry and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
