If you are enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the restaurant business and would enjoying interacting with our loyal and upscale clientele, we might be just the place for you. All hourly associates are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus incentive, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand. Certain criteria must be met to receive the quarterly bonus incentive.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows Food Division Best Practices as set out in Training Manual</li>\n <li>Clear and set tables according to company standards</li>\n <li>Sort china, glassware and flatware in the dish room</li>\n <li>Organize recycling where applicable</li>\n <li>Perform daily cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor</li>\n <li>Ensure dining room is properly set for customer service</li>\n <li>Communicates customer requests or concerns and service flow issues with servers and manager on duty</li>\n <li>Follows station specific duties and responsibilities</li>\n <li>Comply with dress code with dress code and Food Division and Health Department standards</li>\n <li>Assist servers and customers; run food to customers where appropriate</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications and Competencies</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>No Education or Experience Required</li>\n <li>Prior Restaurant industry experience preferred</li>\n <li>General knowledge of cleaning procedures</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures</li>\n <li>A team player who possesses the ability to work in a learning environment</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management</li>\n <li>Ability to follow safe work practices in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, extended hours and key event days</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department.</li>\n <li>May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping.</li>\n <li>Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.</li>\n <li>Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>This job description is not all-inclusive and may not apply to colleagues covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
