This role will work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners to help identify business needs, gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and assist in implementing an AI-driven use case.This internship offers hands-on exposure to digital transformation initiatives and real-world AI implementation within a collaborative business environment.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and AI enablement</li>\n <li>Gather and document business requirements, workflows, pain points, and operational needs</li>\n <li>Research AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to finance operations</li>\n <li>Support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of AI solutions or proof-of-concepts</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal teams, third-party consultants, vendors, and development partners as needed</li>\n <li>Assist with project tracking, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities</li>\n <li>Help develop process maps, use case documentation, and solution recommendations</li>\n <li>Participate in solution testing, user feedback collection, and implementation support</li>\n <li>Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to leadership and project stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field</li>\n <li>Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Comfortable learning new technologies and navigating ambiguous problem-solving scenarios</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools preferred</li>\n <li>Exposure to AI platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or workflow automation technologies is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You’ll Gain</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on experience supporting a live AI implementation initiative</li>\n <li>Exposure to enterprise digital transformation strategies and business operations</li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners</li>\n <li>Practical understanding of AI-driven process optimization in a corporate finance environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Internship Details</strong></p>\n<p>·         Paid summer internship position.</p>\n<p>·         Expected to work a defined weekly schedule during the summer program, with exact dates and hours to be established by One Workplace's hiring team.</p>\n<p>·         Hybrid work environment, with on-site collaboration in Santa Clara expected based on business needs and internship programming, consistent with One                    Workplace's headquarters location and regional office footprint.</p>\n<p>            ·           Internship should include supervision, developmental feedback, and meaningful project work that helps the intern understand both the business and the                                finance function.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Personal Competencies</strong><u></u></p>\n<p><strong><u>Self-Development:</u></strong> Actively seeks opportunities to learn, accepts coaching, and applies feedback quickly.  </p>\n<p><strong><u>Relationship management and Teamwork</u></strong>: Builds positive working relationships and collaborates effectively across a multifunctional team.  </p>\n<p><strong><u>Time Management:</u></strong> Demonstrates organization, reliability, and accountability for deadlines and deliverables.  </p>\n<p><strong><u>Communications & Problem Solving</u></strong>: Communicates clearly, thinks critically, and approaches problems with curiosity and structure.  </p>\n<p><strong><u>Empathy, Involvement & Support:</u></strong> Listens well, shows respect for others, and contributes to an inclusive and supportive work environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Physical Requirements</u></p>\n<p>Seeing, hearing/listening, speaking</p>\n<p>May sit or stand for extended periods of time</p>\n<p>Regular computer and spreadsheet use</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Work Environment</u></p>\n<p>Regularly works with others face to face, via email, or over the phone; generally works in an office environment with moderate noise</p>\n<p>Hybrid work environment (on‑site presence in Santa Clara, CA expected); occasional travel between locations may be required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply with your resume today.
