Position Summary The Program Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the Supported Independent Living Program (SILP), including staff supervision, client services, and program management. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered care while supporting both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support program staff Ensure services align with Individual Service Agreements (ISAs) Monitor and support quality care for clients Develop and implement individualized service strategies Step in to provide direct support as needed Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance in EMR systems Support staff development, performance evaluations, and hiring Oversee scheduling, time approvals, and program operations Collaborate with internal teams and community providers Act as a strong advocate for clients and their needs Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response What You Bring Leadership experience in human services or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for supporting individuals in vulnerable populations Commitment to high-quality, person-centered care
