If you aspire to be the best, and work with the best, this is where you belong.</p>\n<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>The Workplace Experience Specialist – Data & Analytics is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Workplace Experience Department, while retrieving, analyzing, and organizing capital spend and other departmental data for reporting. This role will be located in our New York Office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Other key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Processing all departmental invoices related to capital spend, departmental spend, and other spend for payment</li>\n <li>Maintaining the department’s invoice database and reporting on spend as requested</li>\n <li>Identifying risk and opportunity through analysis of monthly forecasts</li>\n <li>Working autonomously and as part of a team to meet organizational and project goals</li>\n <li>Maintaining an archive of completed project files for existing and closed offices </li>\n <li>Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We’d love to hear from you if you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess the ability to work independently to research, analyze, and develop financial information</li>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to maintain flexibility with respect to assigned tasks to meet deadlines and manage deliverables and changing priorities</li>\n <li>Exhibit well‑developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm</li>\n</ul>\n<p>And have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (1) year of experience in analytics or data science, preferably</li>\n <li>Experience responding to ad hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports, preferably</li>\n <li>Experience in a customer‑focused position, preferably</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits & Additional Information</h2>\n<p>Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
