    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Job Description</span></strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Team Penske is looking for a talented professional to join our team as an IT Trackside Technician / Systems Administrator. This role ensures proper server and network operations to successfully utilize technology as a competitive advantage. &nbsp;This includes proactive server maintenance, retrieval of data, data syncing, backup/restore, and troubleshooting/repair as needed. &nbsp;Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic methods and tools, as well as requiring individual in-person assistance. &nbsp;This is an in-office position. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Travel with and support the team to at-track events and testing facilities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Setup/monitor/teardown trackside IT systems at all race &amp; test events.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Support and maintain trackside IT inventory, examples include several Hyper-V hosts, around 100 Windows VMs, laptops, peripherals, network gear, intercoms, and radio equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to maintain a reliable network and aid in quick issue resolution/failover solutions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Analyze trends to prevent future problems and implement failover options.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Strong Documentation skills, examples include the creation of help documentation, tutorial videos, frequently asked questions, recording/tracking inventory, and documenting the problem-solving/failover processes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to wire and test network and coax wires.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to diagnose radio and antenna issues.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Additional duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">2-4 years of Systems Administration experience.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Associates degree in engineering or technology-related field, or comparable work experience.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to lift 40-plus pounds without restrictions.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work weekends and travel as required; mostly race weekends with some weekday travel required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Exceptional level of organization and attention to detail.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ability to work in high-pressure situations and with minimal supervision.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Excellent customer service skills.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">A+ Certification required within 90 days of start date.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span dir=\"ltr\">This position is subject to periodic drug screenings during employment per sanctioning body guidelines. &nbsp;</span></span></p></div></div></div></div>\n",
