    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Scientist to join our Markets team. This role is located in Pune.</p><p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Lead complex data analysis initiatives using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to generate actionable insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency.<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions aligned to organizational priorities and business objectives.</li><li>Manage and enhance large datasets while ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data management and governance best practices.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models to forecast business trends and provide data-backed strategic recommendations.</li><li>Stay current on industry trends and emerging data science technologies to continuously strengthen analytical approaches and innovation.</li><li>Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels, translating complex analytical outputs into meaningful business actions.</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Typically 3–6 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.</li><li><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></span></li></ul>",
