This role emphasizes hands‑on development of AI models, data analysis, and integration of AI capabilities into production systems within a secure federal IT environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*This position is contingent upon contract award.*</strong></p>\n<h2>Job Duties and Responsibilities: </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve mission‑driven problems.</li>\n <li>Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets in collaboration with data and product teams.</li>\n <li>Implement machine learning and deep learning frameworks.</li>\n <li>Fine‑tune and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.</li>\n <li>Integrate AI models into enterprise and cloud‑based production systems.</li>\n <li>Document code, models, algorithms, and development processes.</li>\n <li>Support testing, deployment, and ongoing operations of AI solutions.</li>\n <li>Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.</li>\n <li>Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship (required). MUST have a NACI or higher background investigation.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n <li>Minimum eight (8) years of experience. </li>\n <li>Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in at least one AI/ML programming framework.</li>\n <li>Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or related field.</li>\n <li>Experience integrating AI models into production systems.</li>\n <li>Experience with cloud‑based AI development environments.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps practices.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting federal government or public sector IT programs.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with application security and compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery management tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Location: Remote work preferred with occasional on‑site support in Washington, DC, as required.This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
