You will work closely with physicians, AI engineers, and product teams on real problems affecting real patients. This is not a passive support role — your work will directly influence the quality and safety of AI-powered healthcare products.</p><p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;color:rgb(0,0,0);\">You will:</p><ul style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;color:rgb(0,0,0);\"><li>Test and QA our AI companion and medical chatbot systems: stress-test outputs, probe medical edge cases, identify hallucinations and safety risks, and work closely with our AI and product teams to improve performance.</li><li>Help optimize AI communication for patients: improve clarity, tone, safety, empathy, and medical correctness through structured testing and iteration.</li><li>Review medical content and medical datasets across our disease areas and patient-facing products.</li><li>Support the creation and maintenance of clinical and educational content.</li><li>Contribute to medical research and publication projects at mama health.</li><li>Potentially pursue a doctoral thesis (Doktorarbeit) with us in collaboration with academic partners.</li></ul>"
