With over 25 years’ experience and a comprehensive range of specialist services to its name, Waystone helps our clients structure, operate and grow through our expertise, innovation and digitisation, backed by the operational scale to support global expansion</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary: To</span> assist the cyber security team in the daily, weekly and monthly projects and processes of internal and external Waystone clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists with a customer vulnerability management service, including management of the Vulnerability Management portal, vulnerability notification and customer reporting.</li>\n<li>Carrying out phishing simulation exercises for multiple clients, including reporting.</li>\n<li>Assist in Cloud Security Posture Management for multiple clients.</li>\n<li>Monitor Client’s Domain and online presence for Brand Protection and Threat Intelligence.</li>\n<li>Assist the cyber team with Microsoft 365 security assessments.</li>\n<li>Carry out vendor security risk assessment for internal Waystone third-party service providers and external clients.</li>\n<li>Assist in various compliance activities regarding information security management systems and ISO 27001 certification.</li>\n<li>Assist and support Waystone’s internal security team and ISO organisation with core IT projects such as Mission Control, Salesforce etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p>\n<p>The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Takes ownership and responsibility for own actions, performance, and development.</li>\n<li>Effectively manages own workflow, time and priorities with very minimal oversight.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates trustworthiness and understands the need for confidentiality.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of key cyber security standards such as NIST, ISO 27000, OWASP etc.</li>\n<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.</li>\n<li>Previous knowledge of the ISO27001 control framework would be desirable.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS</em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Master in Cyber or equivalent would be beneficial</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>WORKING ARRANGEMENTS – Do you want the below and is it relevant?</em></span><em><br>This is a paid internship position. Duration – up to 1 year (minimum 6 months).<br>Hybrid working model with at least 50% on site at our HQ Office in Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4.
