At Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!</strong></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Consistent record of service and sales success</li><li>Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results</li><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.</li><li>Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.</li><li>Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.</li><li>Distribute work between technicians efficiently.</li><li>Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.</li><li>Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.</li></ul><p><u><strong>What we offer:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Commission based pay: $60,000 - $85,000 potential annually</li><li>Full Time to include some Saturdays</li><li>PTO and holidays</li><li>Air-conditioned shops and facilities that are always being upgraded</li><li>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li><li>The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision</li><li>Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family</li><li>Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service</li></ul><p>At Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London, our team members enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.
