The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Traffic Control management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> - Plan, organize, and manage Traffic Control projects from conception to completion</p><p>-Must be able to price out Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) job</p><p>-Know how to operate an attenuator</p><p>-Rules of highway and local street closures</p><p>-Must be able to Identify and train workers on how to perform MPT services - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met - Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to plans and specifications - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and address any issues or concerns - Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during projects - Ensure compliance with all Traffic Control processes - Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and approving invoices</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
