You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines.</p>\n<p>·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p>\n<p>·          The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·          Identify and report items that effect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction.</p>\n<p>·          Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report.</p>\n<p>·          Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain open communication with management and servicer.</p>\n<p>·          Attend and participate in team meetings.</p>\n<p>·          All other duties as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·          High School diploma or equivalent required.</p>\n<p>·          Working knowledge of real estate title</p>\n<p>·          Proven customer service skills.</p>\n<p>·          Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.</p>\n<p>·          Must be able to multi-task.</p>\n<p>·          Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.</p>",
