    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>This position will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance on developing work instructions and standard operating procedures, preventative maintenance procedures, and parts inventory.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<br>\n  •&nbsp;Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to support production training<br>\n  •&nbsp;Assist with developing training materials for new line operators<br>\n  •&nbsp;Assist with developing and implementing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program<br>\n  •&nbsp;Work with Line Leaders to schedule and maintain PMs<br>\n  •&nbsp;Create PM training materials for onboarding new employees<br>\n  •&nbsp;Assist with creating Parts Inventory Catalog and Parts Ordering System<br>\n  •&nbsp;Maintains records for equipment being repaired, parts replaced, etc.</p>\n<p>Engineering responsibilities will include:<br>\n  • Updating and creating engineering drawings<br>\n  • Assisting with COE parts distribution and organization<br>\n  • Supporting project-based initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, and Productivity (S, Q, P)<br>\n  • Collaborating with local suppliers of direct material parts to support sourcing and production needs</p>\n<p><span>The hourly rate for this role is $23.00 per hour.</span></p>\n<p><span>Schedule would be Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm</span></p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related field</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks</li>\n <li>Proven verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment</li>\n <li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently</li>\n <li>Ability to expand and improve problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Commitment to providing customer service</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per shift</li>\n <li>Use of hands and fingers to perform job function</li>\n <li>Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb</li>\n <li>Ability to work in confined spaces</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 35lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment, 90 plus</li>\n</ul>",
