You will be closely involved within the Brand Department.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">In a few words </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Creative Designer Intern to create engaging online and print designs according to requirements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">New Product Launch &amp; Brand Marketing Contents Support:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the development of creative concepts and designs for marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li>\n<li>Create engaging graphic and video content to support various marketing channels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Content Adaptation &amp; Localization:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the adaptation and localization of marketing content for execution in diverse markets.</li>\n<li>Ensure cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy in design elements to resonate with specific target audiences.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights and preferences for effective localization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Campaign Management:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the integrated marketing team to contribute creative ideas and insights during the new product launch campaign development.</li>\n<li>Effectively manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of design assets and milestones.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with external agencies and regional markets, bridging communication and ensuring the consistent execution of design elements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design Skills:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in professional design tools, especially Adobe Suite application.</li>\n<li>Strong graphic and video design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.</li>\n<li>Ability to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborative Team Player:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regional teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between agencies and markets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Innovative Thinking:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on design trends and technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred</li>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency preferred, but not mandatory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Others:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and another European language is benefit, but not mandatory</li>\n<li>Passion for consumer electronics, with a good understanding of the latest trends in the smartphone industry.</li>\n<li>Good MS office skills especially on PPT and excel to structure ideas and deliver effectively</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a passionate and creative individual with a strong design background, and you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>",
