The Mental Health Counselor provides mental health related services for HIV/AIDS afflicted clients with mental health needs and their families. Responsible for the timely completion of mental health assessment and collaborating in the development and implementation of service plan(s) for each client admitted to the program. <strong> This position is eligible for Comunilife&#39;s generous benefits and paid time off package and the salary is up to $51,000 a year.</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n<style type=\"text/css\"><!--td {border: 1px solid #cccccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->\r\n</style>\r\nTuesday-Saturday, 1 late night per week (10 am-6 pm-TBD)</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential duties</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Conduct mental health assessments and assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive service plans that identify mutually agreed upon long and short-term mental health related goals.</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\r\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Provide mental health services and referrals; assistance with adherence to medication regiments; activities for daily living; nutritional services; recreation programs; assistance in employment assessments, training; prevention with positives; and other necessary services to clients to increase their capacity for independent living.
