Today, Andromeda works with leading AI labs, data centers, and cloud providers to deliver compute when and where it’s needed most. Our platform routes training and inference robs across global supply, unlocking flexibility and efficiency in one of the fastest-growing markets on earth. Our long-term vision is to build the liquidity layer for global AI compute. We are expanding to new frontiers to find the brightest that work in AI infrastructure, research and engineering. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and own the end-to-end partnership function at Andromeda. This is an Individual Contributor role with a direct line to the founders. The Partnerships function sits at the intersection of supply, demand, and ecosystem. We work with GPU cluster providers, AI labs, OEMs, VC funds, and accelerators to create the commercial relationships that expand what Andromeda can offer — and to whom. Partnerships at Andromeda aren’t just about opening doors: they require rigorous project management, clear commercial structure, and hands-on delivery. Today, we’ve established our core platform and have deep relationships across the compute ecosystem. As we scale, we are expanding our partner network — broadening distribution, deepening integrations, and building the kind of ecosystem that gives Andromeda durable competitive advantage. What You’ll Do Build and own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and sourcing partners to negotiating terms, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management Create distribution partnerships with GPU cluster providers who need access to Andromeda's demand network — helping them find their first customers while expanding our supply Develop partnerships with VC funds and accelerators to channel their portfolio companies’ compute needs to Andromeda Identify, structure, and close strategic agreements with AI labs, OEMs, data centers, and other key stakeholders in the compute ecosystem• Define compelling value propositions for each partner type and tailor engagement models accordingly Own KPI frameworks for each active partnership, tracking revenue contribution, utilization, and growth Drive cross-functional coordination with infrastructure, sales, and technical teams to bring partnership agreements to life Build the processes and playbooks for a scalable partnerships function What We’re Looking For Proven track record of originating and closing high-value strategic partnerships — ideally in compute, cloud, AI, or an adjacent technology sector Equal parts dealmaker and operator: you can identify and open opportunities and drive full execution to live partnership Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle, not just the handshake Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem and the ability to build compelling value propositions for diverse partner types Skilled negotiator who can align stakeholders at all levels — from founders to technical leads to procurement teams Comfortable operating with ambiguity; you build structure where none exists Self-directed and high-energy; thrives in a startup environment where speed matters Strong Candidates May Have Prior experience in AI, compute, semiconductors, or cloud infrastructure Experience building ecosystem or channel partnership programs at scale Existing relationships with VC funds, accelerators, AI labs, or GPU providers that translate directly into partnership opportunities A track record of building industry-defining partnerships in a startup environment Why You’ll Love It Here Impact: Own one of the most strategic functions at Andromeda — your partnerships directly unlock revenue, supply, and ecosystem scale Real business: Complex, high-value commercial agreements with material impact on company trajectory High-growth environment: Get in early at a company at the center of the AI infrastructure boom Ownership: Direct line to founders and full latitude to build the partnerships function from the ground up Competitive compensation: + meaningful equity Comprehensive benefits: for you and your dependents, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and unlimited PTO Andromeda Cluster is an equal opportunity employer.
