    "description_html": "<p><b>Job Title:</b> Level III Respite Care Provider</p><p><b>location : </b>Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location</p><p><b>Job Type :</b> Part-Time / As Needed</p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Provide one-on-one respite care to eligible EFMP family members.</li><li>Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, feeding, toileting, lifting, positioning, dressing, and safety supervision.</li><li>Follow the family’s service plan and care instructions.</li><li>Maintain a safe and respectful care environment.</li><li>Document services provided and report concerns as required.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p>Must meet <strong>one</strong> of the following:</p><ul><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Child Development or Special Education; OR</li><li>Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification with at least 1 year of relevant post-certification experience; OR</li><li>Minimum 2 years of direct documented experience working with individuals with special needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.</li><li>National Sex Offender Registry Check.</li><li>State and local child abuse registry checks.</li><li>Current CPR certification with hands-on, in-person skills assessment.</li><li>Online-only CPR certification is not acceptable.</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.</li></ul>",
