          "text": "<p><strong>AHRC NYC is looking for a Crisis Intervention Clinician for their Bronx program to provide behavior management counseling to families at home and at other sites.</strong></p><p><strong>Salary: $42,000-$66,000k per year plus a low-to-no cost, comprehensive health benefit package. See Benefit information below.</strong></p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><u> </u></p><ul><li>Receives referrals and interviews the person, the person's family and service providers (as appropriate).</li><li>Provides behavior management counseling to persons and their families at home, at schools and at other sites as needed.</li><li>Develops behavior management plans when indicated, teaches their use and monitors their ongoing implementation and effectiveness.</li><li>Arranges for or provides clinical assessments to determine the person's functional abilities and service needs.</li><li>Makes referrals when indicated.</li><li>Opens and maintains logs for all individuals and families served including documentation of each contact, relevant DDP forms and evidence of appropriate follow-up (post-crisis stabilization) once the family is no longer actively receiving services. Assures that these procedures are followed by other program staff.</li><li>Responds to Program answering services as well as direct calls on a rotating basis.</li><li>Assists in the preparation of monthly report of activities, forwarding to supervisor within five working days of the end of the month.</li><li>Performs all duties necessary for compliance with relevant regulations governing service provision, including recordkeeping.</li><li>Deals with people in a legal and ethical manner.</li><li>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</li><li>Follows level of service requirements of relevant contracts.</li></ul>",
