          "text": "<p><span>The  Aparecio  Foundation  is  looking  a  pro  bono  Search  Engine  Optimization  (SEO) </span><span>Specialist to optimize all website and internet properties to attract and engage online visitors. </span><span>This  person  would  use  their  SEO savvy  to  help  build  Aparecio&apos;s  online  presence  and  public </span><span>awareness.  The  SEO  Specialist  will  use  knowledge  of  web  marketing  to  implement  search </span><span>strategies and track the effectiveness of new and existing campaigns.</span></p><p><span>Duties / Responsibilities:</span><br /></p><p><span>● Collaborate with web, multimedia, or art design staffs to create multimedia web sites </span><span>that conform to brand and company visual format. </span></p><p><span>● Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate and complement marketing </span><span>strategies across multiple sales channels. </span></p><p><span>● Collect and analyze sales data, using web traffic metrics such as page visits, transaction </span><span>size, link popularity, click‐through rates, and cost‐per clicks. </span></p><p><span>● Communicate and collaborate with merchants, webmasters, bloggers, or online editors </span><span>to place sales‐oriented hyperlinks in high‐traffic locations. </span></p><p><span>● Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, </span><span>sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media </span><span>Web sites. </span><span>Inspire change. Empower women. Believe in a better future.</span></p><p>● Conduct financial modeling for online marketing programs or Web site revenue <span>forecasting. </span></p><p><span>● Conduct market research analysis to identify electronic commerce trends, market </span><span>opportunities, or competitor performance. </span></p><p><span>● Coordinate sales or other promotional strategies with merchandising, operations, or </span><span>inventory control staff to ensure product catalogs are current and accurate. </span></p><p><span>● Develop transactional Web applications, using Web programming software and </span><span>knowledge of programming languages, such as hypertext markup language (HTML) and </span><span>extensible markup language (XML). </span></p><p><span>● Optimize Web site exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online </span><span>placement of keywords or other content.</span></p>",
