font-size: 12pt\">Our Teaching Aides shall assist our school by providing support to teachers and students in the classroom and on the playground as needed.  Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reflect the purpose of the school which is to honor Christ in every class and in every activity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help teachers with lesson preparation, including collecting materials and setting up equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise the room when the classroom teacher is out of the room or engaged in individualized instruction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support teachers by partnering for classroom/behavior management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Give extra help to students who need special accommodations or are struggling with a concept</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the teacher to identify students’ issues or needs and recommend solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead and support student free time on the playground</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enforce playground rules and maintain safety of students on playground; provide discipline in accord with school policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and assist students with lunch, as needed or assigned</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain professional attitude while interacting with students, faculty, staff and parents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Treat all children with dignity and respect</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in professional development, team meetings, staff meetings, and other opportunities to grow spiritually, enrich/enhance knowledge of childhood education, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
