    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician</p><p>Department: Maintenance</p><p>Reports To: Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician</p><p>POSITION PURPOSE:</p><p>The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on company aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform and assist approved work by their leads within the scheduledshift</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure completeness of all assigned work documents and records</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Seek on-the-job training during work shift to ensure proper qualification standards are met andmaintained</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Coordinate all activities with lead mechanic in charge or stationsupervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Research all pertinent information and material for work scheduled onaircraft</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Assist in theclean upof the maintenance workarea</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure that all maintenance areas meet good &ldquo;housekeeping&rdquo;standards</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Always maintain positive tool control accountability &amp; immediately report lost and/or found tools to management</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Performdata entries asrequired</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Perform other duties asassigned</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW131064973 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW131064973 BCX0\">Comply with and implement the necessary procedures in the MEL/CDL/NEF Program</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Monitor the proper completion of aircraft records (e.g., logbook pages, work cards, non-routines,Engineering documents [EOs, EAs, etc.], and other related documents)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work documents andrecords</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in theAMTMand ensure training iscurrent prior to performing the functions and tasks of thisposition</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Always follow (never deviate from) approved published procedures unless proper deviation isAuthorized</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must be able topass a 10 YearBackgroundcheck, and any location specific requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Must be able toobtainan Airport SIDA BadgeandUnited States Custom Sealifrequired.</li></ul><p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe, Powerplant or both ratings(must be provided upon hire and or request)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 28px;\">Recommended, two (2) years of experience performing maintenance in the following areas on Boeing 747-400 or 777F / 777-300 or similar typeaircraft</li></ul><p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p><p>Must have the ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
