True North Salmon , a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team at our St. George, NB facility .

The Role:
As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Sanitation Member to our Sanitation Team of professionals.
This position is responsible for:
Diligently sanitizing the production lines and equipment. Preparing foot and hand dips. General housekeeping such as, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, garbage disposal, and general cleaning of the common areas.
Few added details as your will be working during the processing:
Setting up production lines in the morning. Washing down lines after shift ends. Transporting offal and replacing the offal Transporting garbage tubs and replacing the tubs
As part of the sanitation team, you will be handling and mixing cleaning chemicals; therefore, sound judgement and strict adherence to our Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) and use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has a strong focus to detail, works well in a high demanding, deadline driven environment as part of a team while respecting and adhering to quality control and health and safety regulations with an emphasis on lock out tag out procedures.
The ideal candidate will have sanitation work experience; however, onsite training is provided.
Available Shifts/Hours are as follows:
Day Shift Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
