Experiences<br>Preferred Start Date: August (negotiable) 2026<br>Contract Term: 2 years - Extended upon performance criteria met.<br>Base Salary Range: THB 1,020,000 - THB 1,152,000 per annum (dependent on experience)<br>*Note: Excludes an additional variable, performance-based component up to 20% of base salary</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:</span><br>JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic JUMP team.  You'll play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the experiential and leadership programs from partnerships, logistics to design and delivery. This role traverses both the office and field operations, with many opportunities to travel and attend experiential programmes and new locations whilst maintaining a grounding at our HQ in BKK much of the year. </p>\n<p><br>Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience for students and educators while driving continuous improvement in program design and delivery.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Management &amp; Delivery </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end program management for all assigned programs (as PM) including achieving learning objectives, operation and finance oversight, communication with various stakeholders, team preparedness, record keeping and impact assessment through post program surveys and end of program reports</li>\n<li>Design and implement participant onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive learning experiences</li>\n<li>Use insights and data to inform continuous program improvement and decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Operations Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement systems to streamline program operations and improve delivery efficiency<br>Support site visits</li>\n<li>Monitor organisation and team financial goals to ensure program sustainability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Curriculum Innovation &amp; Program Design</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to design and evolve program curricula aligned with learning outcomes and school needs</li>\n<li>Integrate current research, trends and learners’ needs into program design</li>\n<li>Oversee development and customization of program resources (e.g., handbooks for students, educators, and facilitators)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentorship, Training &amp; Capacity Building</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor and train Contract Program Managers to strengthen program management capabilities</li>\n<li>Share best practices, tools, and systems across teams</li>\n<li>Support facilitator/instructor training initiatives in collaboration with staffing teams to enhance program impact<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partnerships &amp; Growth</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support partnership development and program expansion initiatives</li>\n<li>Contribute to revenue generation through effective delivery and demonstrated program impact</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Emergent Needs</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team in emergent needs adjusted to new strategic directions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overall Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate conscious leadership by leading programs and people with care, compassion, high level of skills, intellectual depth and role-modelling</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, International Development, Youth Work) preferred; Bachelor's degree with extensive experience may be considered</li>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in program management, administration, or a related field, with a focus on in-school or expeditionary educational programs</li>\n<li>Purpose driven towards children and youth development work with demonstration of consistency in the field</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of experiential learning principles, outdoor education and best practices</li>\n<li>Proven experience working with diverse youth populations and educational institutions</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Canva (a plus)</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences</li>\n<li>Fluency in Thai language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed</li>\n<li>Reflective and a strong listener with openness to feedforward and learning </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp;
