    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>HealthPartners is currently hiring for an <strong>Epic Application Analyst and Developer&nbsp;</strong>who will support the Epic Cadence, Referrals and MyChart scheduling system functionality. We are a nonprofit integrated care delivery and financing system based in Bloomington, MN.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>This position will be responsible to complete the analysis, build, testing, and implementation of scheduling and referral solutions to ensure successful project execution and support our organization’s strategic initiatives. In addition, this position will provide day-to-day support to our hospital and clinic scheduling, check-in and/or prior authorization staff who may use Epic Cadence, Referrals and/or MyChart to perform their jobs, as needed.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>ACCOUNTABILITIES</u>:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Assesses builds and deploys software and new application functionality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs unit testing and assists with system and end-user test planning and testing.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develops and/or assists with test scripts; may manage the testing process or advise business partners on testing components.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analyzes functional and technical requirements for moderate changes or enhancements and updates system designs and specifications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Diagnoses system failures and corrects issues.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drafts technical specifications based on identified business requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Supports 3rd party application software; interacts with vendors regarding problems, upgrade schedules, and software installations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provides requested documentation and interviews with auditors and third-party requestors.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver output on those requirements</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication skills in technical and non-technical vernacular</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to write technical documentation in a clear manner</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience participating on project teams, preferably from initiation through successful implementation and acceptance of application changes</span></li>\n <li><span>Expertise with more than one system development methodologies</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to be on-call 24X7 in areas of expertise</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u>:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience/training</span></li>\n <li><span>3+ years IT analysis and technical design experience</span></li>\n <li><span>1+ year experience coding, testing, and implementing program changes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</u>:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span>Active/current Epic certification in Cadence</span></li>\n <li><span>Active/current Epic certification in Referrals</span></li>\n <li><span>1 year of healthcare/ health plan experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
