Working within the AI & Transformation team, this individual will develop AI-powered features, automation workflows, and data-driven applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance the client and employee experience. The Senior AI Developer will collaborate closely with product, data, and business teams to deliver production-quality AI solutions – writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to best practices across the engineering organization.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and applications including NLP pipelines, predictive models, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation workflows.</li>\n <li>Build and integrate large language model (LLM) powered features using APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic; implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and AI agent workflows.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain data pipelines that support model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and real-time or batch inference.</li>\n <li>Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms and APIs, ensuring reliable, secure, and performant deployment.</li>\n <li>Write well-structured, tested, and documented code in Python; participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI use cases; participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.</li>\n <li>Monitor deployed models and pipelines in production; diagnose performance issues and implement improvements.</li>\n <li>Conduct research and rapid prototyping to evaluate new AI frameworks, tools, and techniques for applicability to business problems.</li>\n <li>Support the documentation of AI solution designs, data flows, API contracts, and operational runbooks.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a responsible AI culture by following established guidelines around model fairness, data privacy, and explainability.</li>\n <li>Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>AI Utilization and Literacy:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance.
