Key duties include carrying golf bags, offering course-related advice, and maintaining a high standard of service to ensure an exceptional experience for all players. &nbsp;<br><br><strong>Reporting Structure</strong> &nbsp;<br>\n &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;• &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports to the Head Golf Professional&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Day to Day</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide course-related information, including yardages, wind conditions, and hazards.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist players with club selection and offer guidance on course layout and player ability.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for members.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure environment on the course.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Carry and manage golf bags, clubs, and equipment for players during rounds.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain course cleanliness by replacing divots, raking bunkers, and repairing ball marks.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that golf bags and equipment are organized, cleaned, and ready for use.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in loading/unloading golf bags and preparing carts as needed.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Additional Duties</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. &nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team’s success.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br>\n Preferred&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prior experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of golf.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to walk long distances and carry heavy bags (up to 75 lbs.) for extended periods.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High attention to detail and reliability.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements&nbsp;</strong><br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sitting, standing, walking, climbing/ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., talking, hearing, and seeing.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Primary Tools/Equipment&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Golf Clubs &amp; Bag 40 - 50 lbs. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Merchandise 5 - 30 lbs. &nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Computer 25 lbs. &nbsp;<br><br><strong>Work Schedule</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule. &nbsp;<br>\n •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Additional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong><br>\n We believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
