Our clients are empowered to take back their health, so they can have the energy to do what they love.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time Personal Trainers make from $40k to $55k annually</li>\n <li>No direct sales or marketing</li>\n <li>No split shifts</li>\n <li>Paid continuing education</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Bonuses and incentives based on KPIs</li>\n <li>Personal Trainers are employees, not independent contractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design safe and effective programs, accommodating the unique needs/goals of clients</li>\n <li>Educate and empower clients, so that they are motivated to stay committed to their plan</li>\n <li>Bring a positive attitude and show regular appreciation every day</li>\n <li>Create unique, memorable and personal experiences for clients that make Fitness Together® customers clients for life</li>\n <li>Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and express empathy</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration</li>\n <li>Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment</li>\n <li>Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred</li>\n <li>National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)</li>\n <li>One year of personal training and program design experience</li>\n <li>Extensive understanding of injury prevention/management</li>\n <li>Experience & success working with special populations</li>\n <li>CPR/AED and First Aid Certification</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication and listening skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 Fitness Together Franchise, LLC (“FTF”).
