We also provide a 401(k) savings plan, Employee Assistance Program, a tuition reimbursement program, professional development and advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team, be part of the solution, support evolving innovations, and help us continue providing quality products, all while being supported by strong leadership and a comprehensive and competitive benefits program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with the plant Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Department in developing and maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance plans for equipment that is required from their start-up and throughout their life cycle.</li>\n <li>Suggest specific activities for inspection, lubrication, cleaning and changing of parts to the equipment, based on recommendations from the manufacturer, the supplier and other criteria.</li>\n <li>Promote ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures.</li>\n <li>Analyze equipment Maintenance history, investigate repetitive failures in order to evaluate effectiveness of Preventive – Predictive Maintenance and Operating Procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Education</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a manufacturing facility preferred; experience in heavy industry a plus</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and detail oriented</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills a must</li>\n <li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, with experience with Oracle preferred</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to work overtime, on-call and off-shifts as the job requires</li>\n <li>Knowledge of inspection routes, oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound to assess equipment health and plan corrective actions – Preventive Maintenance Umbrella</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires physical dexterity and strength to lift heavy objects and to move through close areas</li>\n <li>Physical environment is in the plant – dusty, noisy and potentially hazardous and must have the ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
