    "description_html": "<ul><li><p><strong>Highlighted Benefits:</strong></p></li><li>Competitive Wages & PTO</li><li>Free Wellness Clinic</li><li>Premium Free Healthcare</li><li>401(k) Match </li></ul><p>Position Summary:  </p><p>To perform all functions of delivery of products to customers to the highest of Herbruck’s quality standards. </p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li><p>Assist in loading of trucks at the stores </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Deliver product to customers with excellent customer service  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain high quality customer service relations with dairy managers.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Take inventory of dairy case upon request  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain truck cleanliness and in good operating conditions  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Other duties as assigned by management  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Perform daily DOT inspection of equipment </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations for DOT hours of service and compliance </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Comply with Herbruck’s and DOT policies and required training </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Other duties as assigned </p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:  </p><ul><li><p>Must be at least 21 years of age </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Valid CDL-A preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience driving 53’ Trailer </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Be able to proficiently read and speak the English language </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Good communication skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>2 years’ experience driving truck, delivery experience preferred </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job, able to work with birds directly  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse neglect, or breach of bio-security to preserve the health and welfare of our birds. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine, birds or cattle. </p></li></ul><p>Physical Demands: </p><ul><li><p>Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to stoop, bed, climb push and lift up to 55 lbs and occasionally 100lbs.
