Your expertise in systems thinking and problem-solving is essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced solutions to intricate processes and writing system specifications. You’ll be responsible for analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring seamless integration of subsystems. Exhibits knowledge of the company, processes and customers.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of difficult scope</li><li>Problem identification and troubleshooting a variety of complex electrical problems with limited supervision</li><li>Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision</li><li>Perform engineering analysis of difficult scope with limited supervision</li><li>Technically lead and/or executes engineering projects, including development of key suppliers</li><li>Implements concepts for variety of complex product issues and electrical solutions of difficult scope</li><li>Generate electrical product specifications</li><li>Specify and review engineering documentation</li><li><span>Work with global teams to design sub systems / systems of process chambers used in semiconductor equipment industry.</span></li><li><span>Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving Control Panel Design, Cable Harness Design &amp; Cable Routing.</span></li><li><span>Design &amp; Drafting of cable harness, control panel using CAD tools (Zuken E3S, ACAD).</span></li><li><span>Conceptualize the solutions for product issues, improvements and implement solutions.</span></li><li><span>Interface with internal and external customers regarding electrical issues for specific project.</span></li><li><span>Designs and analyzes electrical systems, equipment and packaging.</span></li><li><span>Implementation of concepts for variety of product issues and electrical solutions.</span></li><li><span>Establishes standards across all operational processes</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Functional Knowledge</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines</li></ul><p><b>Business Expertise</b></p><ul><li>Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market</li></ul><p><b>Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements</li></ul><p><b>Problem Solving</b></p><ul><li>Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information</li></ul><p><b>Impact</b></p><ul><li>Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies</li></ul><p><b>Interpersonal Skills</b></p><ul><li>Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus</li></ul><p><b>Job Specific Knowledge:</b></p><ul><li><span>Knowledge necessary to perform job include: </span></li><li><span>Sound knowledge in basics of electrical and electronics engineering.</span></li><li><span>Experience in electrical panel design, cable and harness design using any AutoCAD/ E-plan /Zuken E3S or any other tool. </span></li><li><span>Switchgear and auxiliary components selection.</span></li><li><span>Calculate load ampere requirements and select proper cables as per standards.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of controller Based automation like Digital I/O &amp; Analog I/O.</span></li><li><span>Hands on experience in field instrumentation and knowledge about different sensors/ measurement methods.</span></li><li><span>Aware of Industrial communication protocols such as Device Net, Ethernet &amp; Ether CAT.</span></li><li><span>Good understanding of IEC &amp; NEMA standards and implement in design.
