    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong>The Database Administrator Program Management Portal provides comprehensive database management and design support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform local database administration for standard database software and develop, field, and support database applications.</li>\n <li>Organize and provide training for laboratory personnel to ensure appropriate execution of database implementation.</li>\n <li>Ensure appropriate patches are implemented on database servers for operating system and database software.</li>\n <li>Create database implementation and documentation defining database requirements and implementation standards to migrate from legacy access database system.</li>\n <li>Prepare and implement database tests plans to ensure functionality in test and production phases of database development, as required.</li>\n <li>Provide software enhancements to existing or future IA/IT database(s). </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain management system to include data and lifecycle management, chain of custody, reporting and analytics, and web services interface.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a CAC enabled cloud-based solution accessible to Stakeholders, as required by the Government. </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a workflow process that automates the Contractors’ submission of Extended Work Week (EWW) requests, ROMs, Requests to Initiate Purchases (RIPs), Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), and a Project Tracker system for this and other Government identified TOs, as required by the Government.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain a workflow process which also allows the COR and other Government personnel to provide digital concurrence to relevant items, as required by the Government.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>BA/BS with 8 years of experience managing government programs or AS/AA with 10 years of similar experience</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with DBMS design, system analysis, and programming, current operating systems software internals, data manipulation techniques and languages, and current DBMS technologies. </li>\n <li>TS/SCI Clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range: $115,253 - $139,044</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guidline.
