Your leadership will help drive continuous improvement and foster a positive work environment.</p><ul><li><strong>Lead and Develop Teams:</strong> Train, mentor, and supervise employees, ensuring clarity on duties, objectives, and performance standards.</li><li><strong>Optimize Operations:</strong> Assign responsibilities, create schedules, and manage workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.</li><li><strong>Drive Continuous Improvement:</strong> Identify opportunities to enhance processes, boost efficiency, and eliminate defects.</li><li><strong>Plan and Execute:</strong> Develop both long- and short-term plans for staffing, equipment needs, and maintenance projects.</li><li><strong>Maintain Standards:</strong> Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li><strong>Monitor and Report:</strong> Track performance metrics, manage inventory, and submit timely reports to plant management.</li><li><strong>Collaborate:</strong> Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement innovative solutions.</li><li><strong>Safety Champion:</strong> Foster a culture of safety by enforcing guidelines and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.</li><li>Experience in heavy industrial environments; familiarity with corrosive materials and fertilizer production preferred.</li><li>OSHA experience is a strong plus.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and deliver concise reports.</li><li>Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics.</li><li>Knowledge of safe work practices, including OSHA 10 and general industry safety standards.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiar with Dropbox.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and driving results.</li></ul><h3><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment</strong><strong>:</strong></h3><ul><li>Frequent communication (talking and hearing) and occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Requires use of personal protective equipment (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, etc.).</li><li>Combination of office and manufacturing environments with moderate to loud noise levels and potential exposure to airborne particles.</li><li>May require occasional overtime.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Why Join Profile Products?</strong></h3><h3>We believe in fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and growth.
